Welcome Lukas Elliot! You were born at home in the water on August 26th, 2015 at 7:13 PM. you weighed 8 pounds and 4 oz and were 20 inches in length. Your mommy was such a warrior during the over 24 hours of off and on contractions. But when your bag of waters released just a few minutes later and few strong pushes you were born in the birthing tub.
Your home water birth was the second HBAC (homebirth after cesarean ) I had the honor of attending as your mom’s birth doula and photographer when your big brother Owen was born!
